Restricted Breed Dogs

Our community restricts dogs over 25 pounds and the following breeds of dogs due to insurance purposes: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, German Shepards, Dobermans, Great Danes, Dalmatians, St. Bernards, and Mastiffs and others as determined by management.  The dog might have to meet the staff for approval before being allowed, especially if it is a mixed bread or unfamiliar breed.
